Fantastic nightlife, culture and fun Many Travelers? Huge Tourist Crowds Nightlife in Dublin is taken seriously and done exceptionally well. There are hundreds of parties every night, and on weekends, the streets around Temple Bar are so packed with revelers that simply walking around can be difficult. Dublin is also a great place for walking tours to explore various facets of the city, with the night-time “haunted walks” a particular favorite. Dublin also has some exquisite architecture and statues, a famous marketplace, and beautiful city parks. Trinity College is a must for garden lovers, and also has an exhibition of the famous “Book of Kells.” The Book Of Kells is an illuminated religious manuscript that contains Celtic designs, and is a national treasure. Fittingly, Dublin is also home of is the Guinness brewery tour, where visitors can observe the manufacturing process of this world-famous beer. Dublin is not a cheap place to visit, with accommodation being the biggest hit to the wallet. Prices are most expensive in the city center, and get a little cheaper as you get further from the inner ring. Though it’s an expensive town, the budget travelers still come in throngs, so if you’re one of them you’ll want to book your bed in advance. Give yourself at least three days in this great town.
